With more than 20 years of experience across marketing, operations, and account management in the energy and technology sectors, Christina brings a thoughtful, strategic approach paired with strong creative execution. She is also a co-founder of the Women’s Energy Alliance. 

Known for her collaborative spirit and purposeful leadership, Christina designs high-impact experiences, champions women in energy, and turns bold ideas into meaningful, measurable results.   

Before joining IESA, Yash worked with Deloitte in Sustainability Consulting Strategy, where he gained exposure to ESG, climate strategy, and sustainable business practices. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management and is particularly interested in energy storage, green hydrogen, circular economy, and emerging climate-tech innovations driving India’s energy transition. 

Cashius holds an MBA in Information Technology with a specialization in Data Analytics from Symbiosis International University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. 

He has a background in Mechanical Engineering and holds a MTech in Energy Systems Engineering from IIT Bombay. His work interests lies at intersection of Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Battery Value Chain, Electric Vehicles, Circularity and Sustainability in Energy transition, Recycling Technologies, Critical Minerals and Public Policy impacting these areas. He has a knack for data analysis and likes adding a creative touch to his work wherever possible. 

At CES, Jisu contributes to policy and regulatory analysis, financial and fiscal assessments, and techno-economic evaluations to inform investment and market development strategies. His work involves preparing policy briefs, conducting economic modelling, and supporting the design of business and financing models for emerging clean energy technologies. He actively tracks regulatory and market developments and engages with key stakeholders across government, industry, and multilateral institutions. 

Prior to joining CES, Jisu worked with the Tamil Nadu Financial Data Analytics Unit, Department of Finance, Government of Tamil Nadu, where he conducted in-depth fiscal analysis, including state budget assessments and revenue optimization studies. He also served as a Research Manager at Sambodhi Research and Communications, leading impact evaluations and policy research projects across sectors such as livelihoods, public health, and climate resilience, working with institutions such as NITI Aayog and the World Bank. 

Earlier in his career, Jisu was part of the West Bengal Civil Services as a Panchayat Development Officer, where he managed local governance and implementation of key government programs, gaining extensive experience in public administration and development execution. 

Jisu brings strong expertise in economic modelling, impact evaluation, and data-driven policy analysis, with proficiency in tools such as STATA, SPSS, and data visualization platforms. His work is grounded in a multidisciplinary understanding of public finance, development economics, and regulatory frameworks. 

He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) in Finance from the University of Calcutta. 

Asish holds a Bachelor’s degree from Anna University and an MBA from Bharathiar University, India. He is passionate about learning new Salesforce technologies and delivering efficient, scalable business solutions.

In her role, Claire provides valuable support to regional development projects, applying participatory action frameworks to community-led initiatives. Prior to joining CES, she served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Fiji, where she collaborated with local communities to implement USAID and Australian Aid-funded business and infrastructure projects. Her background also includes operational and community service experience across the municipal, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
